On Tuesday, July 28, 2015, members of Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the Kipling Avenue and Albion Road area.
It is alleged that:
– a man stored child pornography online
– he was in possession of numerous images of child pornography at his residence
Erick Bergmann, 54, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) two counts of Possession Child Pornography
2) Accessing Child Pornography
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, Thursday, July 30, 2015, 10 a.m., courtroom 206.
