The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.
Zakia Hamkar, 50, was last seen on Tuesday, January 18, 2011, at 1 p.m., in the Algate Avenue/The Queensway area.
She is described as brown, 5’2”, 180 lbs., with brown eyes and short brown hair. The photograph attached to this news release is dated and shows Zakia Hamkar with long hair.
Police are concerned for her safety
