The Moncton Miracles beat the Quebec Kebs at the Moncton Coliseum with a final score of 81-77.
The first quarter ended with the Miracles having a 38-37 over the Kebs with both teams having fought for every basket.
The second half continued to go basket for basket with the game and was still tied with 2:16 left to play.
Akeem Wright was the top scorer for the Miracles with 24 points and 11 rebounds. Darrell Wonge followed with 18 points.
Jermaine Blackburn led the way for the Kebs with 18 points. Royce Parran was right behind him with 17 points and 8 rebounds.
The Miracles play their next game at home against the Halifax Rainmen on Tuesday, January 10th, 2012. Game time is 7:00pm at the Moncton Coliseum.
