India loses against England by 196 runs in first test

London: India lost the first test match against England. On the last day of the test match, India folded up for 261 runs in 96.3 overs at Lords, London. Suresh Raina fought against England, & scored 78. But all his effort went into vain, because no other person was there at his opposite to save the game.

The left handed Raina stood bravely, whereas VVS Laxman (54) & Rahul Dravid (36) are the distinguished scorers. But Raina was the only batsman who stood unbeatable at the most critical situation. But India is the number 1 test team at this moment.

Indian batsmen selected some poor shots & horrendous decisions during the match. That destroyed the whole game. Otherwise from the very beginning the team’s performance was very good. The English dressing room broke into celebration when Stuart Broad caught Ishant Sharma & marked the historic match as the victory of the English cricket team.

Due to very good bowling line up set by England, they won the match. James Anderson took five wickets in lieu of 65 runs. He proved that he could be one of the very brightest bowlers of the England cricket team. Broad took three wickets for 57 runs to make the way of victory easy for the English team. This win of the English team will be remembered as this was the most historic match. It was the 2,000th test match. It also proved the domination of the English in the world of cricket.

The next test match will be played at Nottingham, teams will move to there.
