Toronto MarliesThe Hamilton Bulldogs, AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, defeated the Toronto Marlies by a score of 2-1 tonight at Copps Coliseum.

After a scoreless opening frame Nazem Kadri registered his 8th goal of the season at 9:18 of the second period to make it 1-0 for Toronto. Patrick Holland’s goal at 19:59 of the middle frame would tie the game at one. Hamilton would take the lead with just under one minute remaining in regulation on Gabriel Dumont‘s 11th tally of the year.

The Marlies return to the ice on Friday night when they take on the St. John’s IceCaps, AHL affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets. Puck drop is set for 7:30pm NST at the Mile One Centre in Newfoundland. Toronto’s next home game is January 26 when they host the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins, AHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins. Puck drop is set for 5 p.m.
