In 1st match of mid-day session at Olympics Games Park at 13:45 BST (18:15 IST), Germany, world number two and currently 2nd pool B, are up against struggling India, who are yet to register a win in the competition.
Indian team has so far played two matches and lost both of them. They have the last chance to remain in the battle for medal by winning this one. Indian team will have to struggle very hard to come back and make history in the London 2012 Olympics, otherwise they would be in thick soup. Indian officials have selected a good team but unfortunately, despite its hard work remain unable to register a single victory from their last two games. However, Indian captain Bharat Chetri is quite hopeful to remove all the doubts regarding their qualifying for the next round and would definitely achieve the success in this match.
On the other hand, the German team is in full form and successfully won both of the group matches played before today’s encounter. All the players are providing great game to the audience and are very much hopeful to stand victorious today once again. All the players are fully trained professionals and they come to grab a medal. Their chances of getting one are bright enough as their team work is looking better than all the teams currently playing.
