The 2012 French Open will be continuing on Wednesday 24^th October 2012, at Pierre de Coubertin stadium, Paris, France.

None of defending champion taking part (Chinese top players Wang Yihan, Li Xuerui and Wang Xin) in the 2012 French Open except Lee Young-Dae who partnered with Ko Sung-Hyun in doubles. In this scenario, after enjoying the success in Denmark open 2012; Indian ace Nehwal is looking favorite to go all the way in this tournament.

After qualification round, today the fight for title has been begin.  The promising star Andre Kurniawan Tedjono of Indonesia progressed into Men’s Singles main round after showing his expertise in qualifying round in opposition to Denmark’s Emil Holst at the Yonex French Open Super Series 2012 at Paris, France, on Tuesday, October 23.

However, the low ranked Holst was not able to perform well on court as he failed to play aggressive badminton and ultimately worn-out in the qualifying round without putting up any solid performance on court.
