The final day of the PGA Tour will start at Kapalua for the Hyundai Tournament of Champions 2013. On Sunday, the Tour attempted to send players off split tees to sneak in 36 holes, but the severe winds on Maui blown away their plans shortly into the attempted first round.

The plan has been shifted to play 36 on Monday, and finish up on Tuesday with 18 to make it an official event. Once again, the Tour has scheduled the players to go off both No. 1 and No. 10 starting at 7:10 a.m. local time, or 12:10 p.m. ET. Things were particularly bad on No. 10 when they tried to give it a go on Sunday, with that tee particularly exposed.

There have been reports that wind is blowing once again early on Monday morning at Kapalua and the schedule may also happen to face some delay like the last three days.

Steve Stricker will base his tournament defense as part of the 2013 Hyundai Tournament of Champions field of 30 tournament winners of the 2012 PGA Tour season. He will tee off at the last number with Brandt Snedeker at 8:20 AM local time.
