On Thursday February 7th, 2013, stage 5 will be started in Tour of Qatar, as Mark Cavendish (GBr) Omega Pharma-Quick-Step Cycling Team again won stage 4 of the Tour of Qatar, out-classed Barry Markus (Ned) Vacansoleil-DCM Pro Cycling Team on the stage starting from Camel Race Track and ending at Al Khor Cornicheto  Street while Andrea Guardini (Ita) Astana Pro Team finished third. Stage 5 has a flat category over a distance of 154km; it starts from Al Zubar Fort to Madinat Al Shamal. The final round will be played tomorrow, where winner will be decided.  

Mark Cavendish had won at Al Khor in both 2012 and 2009 seasons, his past experience helped him to maintain his self-confidence as without it that narrow finishing look little difficult for him. This victory adds to the 93rd win of Cavendish’s career, and he will be closer to his century in the upcoming days.

The stage 4 win elevates Mark Cavendish (GBr) to the top position overall, second place hold by golden jersey of Brent Bookwalter (BMC).
