Pakistan will face the final test clash against the world top ranked test team, South Africa at Centurion despite already losing the series with 2-0.

While being just a dead rubber match for the series after suffering the 2-0 defeat against the South Africa, Pakistan will look to establish a sole victory against the hosts to save the pride. Pakistan would be disappointed with the outcomes of the series as their batting lineup failure had made them face the losses at several times. Also the consistent performer, Mohammad Hafeez had a very poor series that has subsequently affected Pakistan’s overall performance. Hafeez needs to find some way back to form quickly to support his side to come out with a win. The likely Pakistan lineup will include: 1 Mohammed Hafeez, 2 Nasir Jamshed, 3 Azhar Ali, 4 Younis Khan, 5 Misbah-ul-Haq (capt), 6 Asad Shafiq, 7 Sarfraz Ahmed (wk), 8 Umar Gul, 9 Saeed Ajmal, 10 Mohammad Irfan, 11 Junaid Khan/Rahat Ali/Ehsan Adil/Abdur Rehman/Tanvir Ahmed.

On the other hand, Graeme Smith would be looking for a clean sweep after comfortably enjoying the victory which was his 100th as captain. The Proteas’ fast bowler Morne Morkel would be absent after suffering a hamstring injury. Rory Kleinveldt might make it to the playing XI unless a last minute decision brings in Kyle Abott, who has been called in as a replacement. Dale Steyn would be the key player as he has bowled terrifically during the whole series. The probable South African squad will include: 1 Graeme Smith (capt), 2 Alviro Petersen, 3 Hashim Amla, 4 Jacques Kallis, 5 AB de Villiers (wk), 6 Faf du Plessis, 7 Dean Elgar, 8 Robin Peterson, 9 Vernon Philander, 10 Rory Kleinveldt, 11 Dale Steyn.
