Pakistan and South Africa will now play the One-day series which begins with first ODI to be played in Cape Town on Sunday.

Pakistan ended their losing streak against South Africa in the final Twenty20 fixture and will be looking to continue this as they are entering the ODIs. Misbah-ul-haq will lead his side in ODI format. Pakistan has to work on their bowling as well with Mohammad Irfan ruled out for the tour due to injury and Saeed Ajmal needs to step up to get some early wickets. The likely Pakistani lineup will include: 1 Ahmed Shehzad, 2 Nasir Jamshed, 3 Mohammad Hafeez, 4 Sohaib Maqsood 5 Misbah-ul-Haq (capt), 6 Umar Akmal, 7 Shahid Afridi, 8 Sohail Tanvir, 9 Junaid Khan, 10 Saeed Ajmal, 11 Bilawal Bhatti.

On the other hand, South Africa are playing at their home and are more comfortable as compared to the tourists. South Africa have the luxury of welcoming back the veteran in Kallis who will provide boost to thier batting department. The probable South African squad will include: 1 Hashim Amla, 2 Graeme Smith/Quinton de Kock (wk) 3 Jacques Kallis, 4 JP Duminy 5 AB de Villiers (capt), 6 David Miller, 7 Ryan McLaren, 8 Dale Steyn, 9 Morne Morkel, 10 Lonwabo Tsotsobe 11 Imran Tahir.
