After sealing the series with 3-1, Pakistan and Sri Lanka will face each other in a dead rubber ODI match at Abu Dhabi on Friday.
Pakistan wrapped up the ODI series against Sri Lanka after their 8 wicket victory in the 4th ODI. Mohammad Hafeez has once again proved his ability with the bat & ball and has had to cancel his Twenty20 plans in Australia after making three hundreds in the series which consequently earned him Test selection after being dropped for the last series against South Africa. The likely Pakistani squad will include: 1 Ahmed Shehzad, 2 Sharjeel Khan, 3 Mohammad Hafeez, 4 Sohaib Maqsood, 5 Misbah ul Haq (capt), 6 Umar Akmal (wk), 7 Anwar Ali, 8 Bilawal Bhatti, 9 Umar Gul, 10. Saeed Ajmal, 11. Junaid Khan.
On the other hands, Sri Lanka will now look to find some form heading into the Test series with a victory in last ODI game. Most of the Sri Lankan batsmen have had an average series but keeping the Test series in mind they need players like Sangakkara and Chandimal to make some worthy contributions by scoring huge scores after a series of starts and fails.
