The Dakar Rally, a MotoGP World Championship has been continued on Saturday January 11th 2014, in the host city of Rosario, Argentina.

Today stage 7 will continue, which is high mountainous section with a total distance of 586 km. It also have the special stage which covers the distance of 220km. The Stage starts from Calama and ends at Salta.

The incline of the Andes Cordillera will be in the limited hours, intriguing all the racers and teams in group for a liaison stage finishing at a record altitude of 4,975 metres, at the top of Argentina’s highest mountain pass. During the special stage, the pointer of the altimeter will vary between 3,400 m and 4,000 m, but the speedometer will not often go below 100 km/h, even though the lack of power that will affect all the vehicles. There will be an average temperature of 15 degrees so it will be difficult for motorcyclist to maintain their stamina.
