The title sounds like I’ve been stealing from my grandpa’s medicine cabinet. Current and former champions from all over the motorcycle racing combined together into one competition? It sure does sound crazy but it’s true – those racing greats have one thing in common, and the thing is Ducati. During the World Ducati Week 2012, they’ve met to determine who is the fastest. The process of determining the fastest rider: drag racing Ducati Diavels. The winner was Bayliss who defeated Rossi in the finals. The third was Hayden and fourth Checa. Bayliss’ victory is not unexpected at all since he practiced quite a bit after learning he’ll be competing. The legend remains.
