From Woodstock to Grease to their own TV variety show and more, faux-nostalgia doo-wop group Sha Na Na have been entertaining, baffling and wooing audiences for more than 40 years. The group still features founding members Donny York and Jocko Marcellino, who have been with the band since their infamous performance opening for Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock, and early member Screamin’ Scott Simon. Those three were also part of the Sha Na Na lineup that can be seen performing in the hit musical movie Grease.
