Ladies and Gentlemen. Children of ALL AGES It with great excitement that I announce, for the FIRST TIME EVER in Canada. THE MAD CONDUCTOR…this is an event of epic proportions @ The Rockpile! The Mad Conductor (full band set!) — http://www.themadconductor.com/ Dan McKinney and MC Devlin formed the psychedelic hip-hop phenomenon, Mad Conductor, in the spring of 2005. Devlin’s infectious song writing and jigsaw puzzle rap flow combined with McKinney’s inimitable studio techniques and master ability on piano, or any other keyed instrument – including his signature, sinister synthesizer style – makes for a brand of unique hip-hop unheard before the duo’s underground classic, debut EP, Mechanical Claw, hit the streets in 2006. Between then and 2008 Mad Conductor released a full-length album and another EP, each one pushing their creativity and technical skill to the next level, while simultaneously touring extensively in the United States and Europe. The fourth record, the highly innovative “Central America” EP, was released in 2010 amidst the band’s mysterious hiatus. Then in 2011 MC released a single titled “Lethal Protector” and embarked on two highly successful ‘welcome back’ tours through out the United States. In 2012 the band will be ready to release a new EP and begin touring the festival circuit! The band features former members of NO CASH, The Original Sins and Jim Weider band. with local talent GHETTO BLASTER! CORPORATE TRASH (re-union show!) KIZ AND LEGIN!
