For this Da Camera Society of Mount St. Mary’s College performance at Saint Sophia Cathedral, Cappella Romana will present The Byzantine Tradition: From Constantinople to California. Set among the candle-lit crystal chandeliers, antique marble and gold mosaics, this acclaimed vocal chamber ensemble will fill the cathedral’s remarkable space with ancient Orthodox chants, Greek and Latin polyphony, Athenian composer Michael Adamis’ Radiant Cloud and more.
