"Platinum Showcase"

The Outfest 2012 Platinum Showcase is a screening of the best experimental short films in the queer cinema genre. Vaginal Davis sings and dances, Matt Wolf pays homage to gay poet and artist Joe Brainard, love and loss are considered, and much more. There’s humor, fantasy, seduction, dancing, docudrama — and a lot of sexual content. Get there early for a pre-screening reception in the theater lobby; afterward, head to Human Resources for an after-party featuring performances by Justin Vivian Bond, Nao Bustamante and Jacolby Satterwhite.
