Calculated Ease Showcases the Work of Contemporary Choreographers

Choreographer Andrew Pearson presents a repertory concert of contemporary dance as part of Highways Performance Space’s summer-long BEHOLD! queer performance series. The first act will include new works by Jay Carlon and Jimmy Cabrera Jr., Andrew Cowan, Michael Crotty, and Mark Tomasic. Pearson will then present a reexamination of his past repertory, in which he will explore and study his choreographic voice and vocabulary. The performance also features a new collaborative duet from Pearson and Roya Carreras, which is being created via long-distance communication while Carreras lives in New York.
