The Grammy Award-winning post-modern country band makes their debut at the Valley Performing Arts Center with songs from their new record In Time. The band split a decade ago, but dynamic frontman Raul Malo has reunited with his bandmates for the new album and a tour. In addition to fresh material, they will perform popular favorites including “What a Crying Shame,” “Dance the Night Away,” “All You Ever Do Is Bring Me Down” and “O What a Thrill.” For 20 years, the band has performed a blend of Mariachi, Tejano, rock, pop, Cubano and rockabilly wrapped up in country-flavored tones to create the group’s indelible sound, and now you can catch these crossover favorites live with the original lineup.
