Casa Patas Flamenco perform the intricate, rhythmic footwork of flamenco, accompanied by live music. Hailing from Madrid, Spain, Casa Patas is known for their passionate vocals, eclectic, jazzy music and dynamic dancing. The performance features the group’s new lead dancer, Karen Lugo, one of the youngest dancers and flamenco choreographers ever to perform with Casa Patas. Her energy is a force to behold. Lugo began studying flamenco in her home country of Mexico and later moved to Madrid to continue her studies at the famed Amor de Dios academy, where her elegance and style soon won her a place with Casa Patas.
