Capturing the spirit of the beat days, when musicians performed in smoky jazz joints with fingers snapping and heads nodding, TriTone Asylum will take over the unique setting of the Castle Press for an exciting concert that will channel the genre’s coolest era, touching on Miles Davis to Dave Brubeck. Joining the jam session are special guest Charlie Haden and the musicians of MUSE/IQUE. In addition, there will be an original dance created by former Joffrey Artistic Director Alice Alyce.
