People report to the emergency room with all kinds of bumps and bruises, but in Valentine Triage, Frank Strausser’s new play, two couples stumble into the ER suffering from a far more serious ailment: aching hearts. Eddie and Eva are trying to build a future together. Barrett and Melanie have only the past to unite them. Yet, on one fateful Valentine’s Day, these four will collide in the hospital, where they will search for diagnosis and healing, even if — in the end — there might be no cure. The Blank Theatre Company is staging this exciting new work by Strausser (Psycho Therapy) after acclaimed readings in London and New York. Lois Atkins, Kyle Bares, Robyn Cohen, Tarina Pouncy and David Preston star.
