Last year’s concert production of Spring Awakening rocked Los Angeles with sold out shows The Hayworth Mainstage Theater. Join the reunited vocalists and musicians for a special cabaret performance at M Bar featuring acoustic covers of their favorite songs, original music and a few highlights from the 2012 show. Based on the controversial 1892 play by Frank Wedekind, Spring Awakening recalls the coming-of-age and burgeoning sexuality among teenagers in 19th-century Germany as they grapple with such issues as teen suicide, pregnancy, sexuality and identity.
