David Trudell’s Night & Dave is part of Behold!, the fourth installment of Highways monthlong Queer Performance Series. Directed by Michael Kearns, this intimate confessional explores Dave’s struggle between remaining a good boy or crossing over into bad boy territory. When Dave lands on the streets of L.A. looking for his bad boy, he confronts the dissenting voices in his head and discovers the voice of his authentic self. In this sexy and funny one-man show, our hero Dave wrestles with questions of sexuality and tries to find peace in growing up gay. This is the third collaboration between Trudell and Kearns, who was recently named one of L.A.’s 26 Community Builders by Frontiers Magazine. The two also teamed up for Trudell’s hit one-person show, In Heat In Hollywood.
