An evening of eclectic, beautiful live electronic music, starring: Chanteclair – a sound+video project that was created by Montreal-native Katie Kotler. Inspired by musique concrete, Tangerine Dream and Ryuichi Sakamoto, Chanteclair has composed scores for fashion label, Modasuite, as well as Artsyncs The Graffiti Question (aired on the Rogers Channel). Imbued by the dub remix, Chanteclair incorporates elements of disco, no wave, new wave and ambient. http://chanteclair.bandcamp.com/ Dirty Inputs – Aaron Dawson’s euphoric synth-driven soundscapes search for a balance between the beautiful and the terrifying. Expect epic, noisy, rhythmic anthems from the former Off The International Radar sonic sculptor. http://www.dirtyinputs.com/ Well – Well is the solo project of Toronto-based artist/producer Brady Bothwell. Using a combination of cutting-edge technology and homemade instruments, Bothwell generates his dark and dreamy beats live from the ground-up. His music was recently featured in the film “Rough Trade” which premiered at Inside Out in June 2013, shortly followed by the release his first self produced EP entitled “Coexistence”.
