Michael Nesmith, Micky Dolenz and Peter Tork are coming to Long Beach this summer, performing their classic hits, deep cuts and fan favorites at Terrace Theater. The reaction to their comeback tour last year was so overwhelming that they decided to return for another round. The Monkees will run through their hits in chronological order, with background video and photographs that tell the band’s story. The night will begin with “Last Train to Clarksville” and “I’m a Believer,” then move on to the 1967 album Headquarters before wrapping up with material from their final albums, such as “Pleasant Valley Sunday” and “Listen to the Band.”
