INTRO to Ballet Body Bootcamp

6 week BEGINNER Ballet-inspired workout for non-ballerinas! No experience necessary- discover how dancers bodies are made with an introduction to ballet, Pilates, yoga & traditional fitness moves. This is a pre-registered fitness program of 6 progressive weekly 60-minute sessions!! DATE: November 1 – December 6 2013 (6 sessions) TIME: 7pm to 8pm COST: $120 Email to secure your spot as space is limited! (spaces are awarded on a first-come-first serve basis) $120 for 6 weeks (Register by sending payment via email transfer or paypal) No special shoes required, bare feet work best! Wear comfy clothes you can be free to move in (yoga pants and a tank top are great). Please be sure to bring a mat and water bottle. Inspiring energetic music, small classes and lots of fun! Come try something new! Friday evenings 7pm-8pm
