Pamela Masik creates one of her famous large-scale live paintings to an acoustic performance by Christine Saade, for a maximum of 15 minutes. Live performance painting is a way in which Masik can engage with her audience directly. The music being projected inspires the improvisational quality of her brush strokes. By stretching an immense canvas, some having been up to 20ft long in the past, Masik seeks to capture her audience by using large unconventional painting materials and creating a visual spectacle that engages and awes as the artist herself becomes a part of the painting.
