Sometimes, our difficulty in making decisions can keep us from moving forward, and create anxiety and paralysis. At other times, impulsive decisions generate remorse and regrets.
How can we make of decisions a healthy component of our life, evolution and happiness, rather than a source of anxiety?
Drawing from wisdom teachings of East and West, we'll explore strategies to:
– recognize impulses, feelings, and reason in our decisions
– reconcile these different forces, and make wiser decisions
– get unstuck and overcome the fear of making "wrong" decisions or mistakes
– learn to take responsibility of our life with consciousness and courage
