The Hollywood Palladium (Hollywood, CA)
Synthpop hitmakers Erasure take to the stage of the Hollywood Palladium hot off the release of their new album, The Violet Flame, along with famed DJ Richard Blade and L.A.-based dream-pop trio Superhumanoids. Exploding onto the music scene in the ’80s with a string of hits such as “A Little Respect,” “Chains of Love” and “Always,” Erasure has been going strong ever since, with over 25 million albums sold worldwide. Consisting of theatrical frontman-songwriter Andy Bell and songwriter-keyboardist Vince Clarke, one of the founding members of synth pop trailblazers Depeche Mode, Erasure combines infectious melodies with synth beats that demand to be danced to.
