Mexico City’s internationally-celebrated contemporary choreographer Tania Pérez-Salas brings her Compañía de Danza to the Ahmanson for a sure-to-be electric performance. Sonically sensual, visually inventive and vividly theatrical, the dances of Perez-Salas, in her own words, “capture and project the sensations of the wild, funny, exciting and sometimes discouraging” land of her birth.
