To celebrate the Niagara Icewine Festival’s 20th year this January, Toronto’s The Forth restaurant and its top Ontario sommelier Emily Pearce present a special Winter Icewine Dinner on Wednesday, January 7th.
The evening includes a sparkling canapé reception, a three-course Icewine-infused dinner by Executive Chef Zach Albertsen, wine pairings and a tasting tutorial by Emily Pearce and special guest Ed Madronich, esteemed winemaker at Flat Rock Cellars.
