The unique show, part of The Edible Inevitable Tour, promises to be an entertaining blend of stand-up comedy, food experimentation, talk show antics, multimedia lecture and live music. Audience interaction is strictly enforced, with some lucky audience members getting to serve as Brown’s assistants. But even if you’re not chosen, stay on your toes because food will be flying and ponchos will be involved. In the works for a decade, this show — as part of Brown’s first-ever national live tour — will teach you all about the science of food in the most entertaining way.
