When the family matriarch dies, three wayward siblings reunite at their estranged father’s East Texas estate, each one ready to stake their claim. Emotional chaos quickly ensures, exposing old wounds and forgotten truths ignored in the search for belonging. Commissioned by Rising Phoenix Rep, Thieves receives its world premiere at Monroe Forum Theatre at El Portal in a production directed by Daniel Talbott.
