Les Ballet Jazz de Montreal

Following sold-out performances at the Wallis this past season, Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal returns to L.A. with an all-new program featuring a truly global trio of choreographers: Spain’s Cayetano Soto (Zero in On), Greece’s Andonis Fionadakis (Kosmos) and Brazil’s Rodrigo Pederneiras, who’ll premiere his latest work, Rouge. An internationally renowned repertory company led by artistic director Louis Robitaille, Les Ballet Jazz de Montreal has continued to break new and exciting ground since its formation in 1972. Known for its stunning theatricality and impressive physicality, BJM explores the creative side of contemporary trends while remaining firmly committed to the techniques and aesthetics of classical dance.
