Pyrography is the art of writing with fire, and Champstiles Woodburning Owner/Artist Chris Burns has been burning his mark at events and galleries across the city since 2009.
On June 5th (6pm-Midnight) he will be curating his first ever solo show at Jimmy Chiale’s 416 Gallery at 404 Queen East.
Unique pieces of wood art from his 6 years of work will be on display. Everything from furniture to skateboards; jewelry, mixed media pieces and more will be on display in the appropriately titled “ALL MY SHIT” pyrography showcase.
