Your evening will begin with a tasting of chardonnays in 3 different stages of it’s development – from barrel to bottle. During the reception you will have the opportunity to speak with winemaker, Kimball Lacey and Artist, Emily Millar.
As we proceed, Chef Eyal Liebman will be showcasing the versatility of Valrhona chocolate through a six-course tasting menu accompanied by Lacey Estates wines, selected by Sommelière Rebecca Meïr-Liebman
