"Romeo and Juliet"

This stirring symphonic evening of music under the stars at the Hollywood Bowl finds the Los Angeles Philharmonic — under the direction of famed French conductor Lionel Bringuier — performing a rich program of romance and tragedy. The music of Romeo and Juliet features the work of two of Russia’s most famous composers: Prokofiev and Tchaikovsky. Featuring award-winning Armenian cellist Narek Hakhnazaryan, this classical program includes Prokofiev’s Romeo and Juliet Suite, as well as Tchaikovsky’s Rococo Variations and Romeo and Juliet Overture Fantasy.
