Even when suitably prepared, kidnapping a powerful mobster is, well, risky. Their prisoner reverses the power dynamic and establishes himself as an unlikely father figure. This testosterone-fueled drama melds realism and absurdity in a way that’s both wickedly funny and emotionally stirring.
