While bonding one night over their shared enthusiasm for sex, exploitation films and Satan, Groovie Mann and Buzz McCoy decided to make their own horror flick. When they realized they didn’t know how to make a movie, they decided to make the soundtrack anyway … and when that became an underground sensation My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult (the band, not the movie) was born. In 1988 they released their first LP, the ominous I See Good Spirits And I See Bad Spirits and the band was quickly established as America’s premier “industrial/goth/rock” acts. Since then, they have followed up with a dozen more albums, while also writing radio hits (“Sex On Wheelz”) and music for the big screen (including Showgirls, The Crow and even The Flintstones). Now this legendary live act brings its “industrial-disco-punk-glam-sleaze-rock” to Los Globos.
