Josh Thomas’ lovably quirky Australian dramedy Please Like Me has been steadily gaining fans both down under and in the U.S. for the last three seasons, especially since high-profile fans like Lena Dunham (Girls) have been tweeting on its behalf. Now Thomas himself, and his best friend on-screen and off, Tom Ward, get the prime Paley Center treatment with a screening and panel discussion, as the third season of the show premieres on Pivot. The acclaimed series follows the adventures of the newly-out Josh, as he navigates life alongside his bipolar mom, his anxiety-plagued boyfriend, apathetic pal Tom and ex-girlfriend Claire, among others. The discussion’s set to be moderated by Jarett Wieselman of BuzzFeed News.
