Comedy superstar D.L. Hughley headlines Guy Torry’s PHAT Tuesdays, coming to Club Nokia at LA Live. One of the “Original Kings of Comedy,” Hughley has helmed his own sitcom, The Hughleys, starred in Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, and held down hosting duties from Comedy Central to CNN to HBO. No subject is taboo for this stand-up veteran — whether he’s dishing out straight talk about his no-nonsense parenting style or he’s reminiscing about his own hilarious L.A. childhood. He’ll be joined by Steve Wilson — a Last Comic Standing finalist and co-host of Hughley’s syndicated radio show. Also on the bill is Tiffany Haddish, who currently stars on NBC’s hit sitcom The Carmichael Show and Deon Cole, the outrageously off-kilter supporting star who’s helped make Blackish soar.
