The Walt Disney Concert Hall organ is so epic it has its own DVD that tells the story of its design and construction, including interviews with the tonal designer and German builder. The 40-ton instrument has been called “ultimate in power and complexity.” Now, Spanish organist Raúl Prieto Ramírez performs a program that includes Bach’s Passacaglia in C minor, which might ring a bell from The Godfather or The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, as well as works from Liszt, Wagner and more.
