Join VIVA! Youth Singers of Toronto for the world premiere of The Sword in the Schoolyard, a children’s opera based on Arthurian legend and set in a modern playground by Composer and Librettist Dean Burry. Directed by David Ambrose, Musical Direction by Carol Woodward Ratzlaff, Lighting Design by D.M.Wood, Set Design by Scott Penner. Part of the Toronto Festival of Children’s Opera.
Student Matinee: Friday, June 3, 1: 30pm – special pricing for school groups.
Public Performances: Friday, June 3, 7pm; Saturday, June 4, 7pm; Sunday, June 5, 2:30pm.
$20 adults; $15 students/seniors
