Shane Koyczan with special guests BAM! Toronto Youth Poetry Slam Team

Author and spoken word artist Shane Koyczan’s 2013 anti-bullying video “To This Day” has nearly 18 millions views, and his latest album, Debris, features a guest appearance from songwriter Ani DiFranco. A winner of the US Slam Poetry Championship and the Canadian Spoken Word Olympics, Koyczan’s solo performances – including two sold-out Harbourfront Centre Theatre shows in 2015 – have been celebrated for their “furious honesty” and “tender humanity.”
