On July 17th, 2016, Festival of India will present the 8th Annual Yoga Meltdown, Toronto's largest, free outdoor holistic spiritual yoga exhibition, on a beautiful setting on Centre Island, with free outdoor yoga classes, mantra meditation sessions, yoga-inspired performances, vegan cooking demonstrations, a free vegetarian feast, arts and cultural shows, dramas, children's area and much more!
All classes, workshops, and shows are absolutely free! All ages are welcome!
