Introducing solids to your wee one is an exciting but often daunting milestone. On the menu of this class are the when’s, what’s, how’ s (and why’s!) to set you up for a delicious adventure. Lactation Consultant, Taya Griffin, will discuss Baby Led Weaning as well as Parent Directed feeding so that you can make the right decision for your family. We will also be discussing how breastfeeding and/or weaning may look as you transition from your maternity leave.
