Mumbai: Both the cousins – Ranbir Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor have been ruling the Bollywood scene these days. In particular Kareena has carved the special niche for herself in the cinema industry and she is the top notch Bollywood actress today. She is the first most choice of the filmmakers and the brands. Every brand and filmmaker want to rope her in. The same happens with Ranbir Kapoor after the mammoth success of Rockstar. He is in full demand these days.
Well, we have not seen both of these stars working together in a movie. There might have been the efforts by the filmmakers but guess, they do not want to be paired as romantic lovers on screen. Now they will be seen sharing the screen space together. The all credit goes to Zoya Akhtar who has convinced the two to work in her movie. They will not be romancing at all rather will be portraying brothers and sisters in the film. Zoya did really hard to get this job done. She has been working on the script since long and now she is all set with the script. When she read out the script to Kareena Kapoor, she instantly liked it and agreed to do the film. Zoya then reached at Ranbir Kapoor who too agreed being the onscreen brother of Kareena Kapoor who has been dating Saif Ali Khan and they are all set to tie the nuptial knot.
Zoya, after the success of the movie ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’, will now emerge with this film. As per the reports, the film will go on floors by the end of this year. And the moviegoers will surely like these cousins sharing the screen space together. The idea is brilliant and it will pay Zoya at the box office. Guys, wait to see the film on celluloid.
