Nok is part of the Sudanese Diaspora community that grew up most her life outside of Sudan due to civil war in her country. After signing of the CPA Nok moved back to Juba in 2006 to pursue opportunities in her homeland. Nok’s entrepreneurial spirit has driven her to become a businesswoman in South Sudan, where she has co-founded an investment company that works to develop businesses within South Sudan.
Nok’s family is the first family in Sudan’s history to have all five children awarded full athletic scholarships in basketball to prestigious universities within the U.S.A. With much travel experience and work experience under her belt, Nok is passionate about developing her country, and sharing her life experiences with those less fortunate. “ I am interested in giving the same opportunities to young Sudanese that I was awarded, because with opportunities potential is endless.”
Nok holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Georgetown University, and a Master Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Business in the USA.
